If you administer a “fan page” on facebook and you have at least 25 fans, grab a custom / vanity URL for that specific fan page and make it easier for others to find that exact page.
Facebook lowered the fan minimum to 25 a while back, but it still isn’t a widely known feature.
I mention this because we started a fan page just days ago for my real estate business and with the help of some really nice contacts in the community, friends and of course happy past clients, we surged over 25 very quickly and I was able to grab http://www.facebook.com/FresnoRealtor as the custom URL.
